We have a vast amount of experience and knowledge of DBS policies, procedures and legislation. We're proficient in local authority processes, rules and regulations.
We've experienced an excellent working relationship with the Disclosure and Barring Service since 2002 and have previously been assessed as exemplar following an audit exercise, where we were used as a case study in a DBS publication.

Head of Service
Role: Oversee implementation. Contract management.
Tracy Bell is Head of Service for the Recruitment and HR Traded Services team. In relation to DBS, Tracy is responsible for service delivery, system implementation and management of the team.

Susan Smith
HR Advisor
Role: Main client contact. System support, technical queries and DBS advice.
Susan Smith is responsible for client accounts, customer enquiries, countersigning application forms, training, and system development including technical support and all associated finance work.

Carrie Wilkinson
HR Officer
Role: Day to day system support, technical queries and advice.
Carrie Wilkinson's main areas of responsibility are countersigning application forms, customer support, information, advice and guidance. Also training and system development including technical support as well as technical queries, form processing and password re-set enquiries.
